Duties and Responsibilites:

• Provides direction and supervision to assigned painters.
• Performs quality checks and ensures job meets customer expectations.
• Understands and adheres to schedules.
• Inspects and signs off on all final work.
• Properly perpares surfaces and job areas for painting.
• Primes and applies finished coat per job specifications.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas.
• Adheres to company's safety program.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driver's license
• Have an OSHA 10-hour Certificate
• Minimum of two years experience for a reputable company
• Must be knowledgeable in providing work direction to others
• Knowledgeable with painting techniques and use of painting equipment
• Must speak and read English well enough to take work instructions and communicate with customers and other employees
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and calculate material requirements
• Must have basic understanding and skills to operate all necessary painting equipment
• Must be attentive to detail, able to work independently and work under time constraints

• Primes and applies finished coat per job specifications
• Maintains clean and organized work areas
• Adheres to the company's safety program
• Exercises care to prevent mistakes and sloppy workmanship
• Treats customers, superintendents, co-workers, etc with respect

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Obtain OSHA 10-hour Certificate
• Minimum one year painting experience for reputable painting company
• Must be knowledgeable in painting techniques and the use of equipment
